We service our ultrasound devices

We service all, even the oldest devices produced by our company. We provide warranty, post-warranty and periodic maintenance services. After the service is performed, we can issue a Device Performance Certificate. Servicing is done directly by Sonomed without involving third parties due to the specialized equipment and expertise required.

We can perform a preliminary check and send you an invoice for the needed work on demand before attempting any repairs. Usually, the servicing takes from 2 to 7 days.

Important: Before sending the device for servicing, ensure that it is well packaged. Any cables, probes and power adapters should be disconnected to avoid damage. We also kindly ask you to include a written short description of the what issues you experienced and any symptoms the device is displaying. We suggest contacting us before shipping the device, since your comments are often enough for us to determine the type and scale of the malfunction.

Support

We try to provide the users of our devices with any assistance they need. We organized and assisted with courses organized by Polish Ultrasound Society, the School of Ultrasound and the Centre Of Postgraduate Medical Education. We provide consultations in device choice and application area.

Custom requests

All our products can be ordered by telephone, fax, e-mail or using the contact form on the Contact page. Simple devices which do not have any variants are normally shipped on the next business day. Devices configured per request are available in 5 to 15 days’ time frame depending on the type of accessories selected.
